ALWAYS include transaction history when contacting me about a problem with your transaction.
If you have a problem with an item (shirt is grey, missing a shoe, says it's mod but it's not, etc.) please contact me with a NC explaining the issue.
Refunds may be given on double purchases if transaction history is proven and if the item is transfer, you must return it to me (when I am online) in order to get your refund.
I will not resend transferable items. Period. If you didn't get it because SL is laggy or you crashed, I'm sorry but there is no way for me to prove that you did not receive the item and gave it away.
I will not give things to your alts. If you want something for your alt, buy it like everyone else.
I am not taking custom requests at this time. Suggestions are always welcome.
I love feedback as well it makes me a better creator for future items. So please anytime something just don't seem to fit right let me know. How else will I become a better creator if no one tells me what would make things better.
